Appreciate beautiful living spaces

When you book the Loft, you have access to beautiful spaces. The living room is huge and will allow you to share wonderful moments with your loved ones.

In the kitchen, you'll prepare delicious meals thanks to all the available equipment. You'll also find a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a washing machine, and a dryer.

The dining area will accommodate your shared moments, and the smart TV will allow you to relax. To complete your accommodation, two bathrooms are accessible. The first, on the ground floor, has a shower. The second, on the mezzanine, has a shower and toilet.

Relax at the Xanton Gardens

Three bedrooms await you in your loft, accommodating up to 6 adults. All rooms have storage and the space you need for a pleasant stay!

The first bedroom, on the ground floor, offers a 160x200cm double bed. Up on the mezzanine, you'll find two other bedrooms. Two people can sleep in the 140x200cm double bed in the first floor, and two more can rest in the 160x200cm double bed in the second floor.

Sharing good times on the terrace

Moments of sharing and conversation can also take place outside. Your terrace has a table and chairs. You can enjoy meals, read, or even play a board game.

A barbecue will help you prepare delicious summer meals. Enjoy the generous Vendée climate on your terrace and leave with unforgettable memories!

Havre de paix où vous profiterez d'un moment suspendu de calme. Maison d'hôtes de prestige, décoration soignée et chaleureuse. Dès votre arrivée vous serez dans une ambiance cosy réservé par le propriétaire très disponible. La chambre spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain sont bien agencées. L'extérieur avec jardin et piscine participeront largement à votre détente. Je conseille fortement.
